Taileroom specializes in custom-made, personalized apparel.

  • Visual Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

  • Information Accuracy: We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate or current. Reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to change product descriptions or pricing at any time without notice.

SECTION 4 - BILLING & PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment Timing: Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. Because our artists begin work on your personalized embroidery immediately, upfront payment is required to secure materials and labor.

  • Accepted Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and PayPal.

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in AUD (Australian Dollars).

  • Security: We use SSL technology and PCI-compliant gateways (Shopify/PayPal). We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Order Cancellations: Once the design process for your custom item has begun, we are unable to cancel orders or issue refunds for "change of mind."

  • Corrections: We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies (including after an order is submitted) and to cancel orders if information is incorrect.

We may provide access to third-party tools (like design previewers) or links to third-party websites. We have no control over these and are not liable for any harm related to their use. Please review third-party policies before engaging in any transaction.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Custom Items: Once our designers or craftsmen have begun the production process, we cannot cancel orders or issue refunds for "change of mind."

  • Modifications: If you realize you have selected the wrong size, color, or variant, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make changes before production begins.
