Yes, we’re happy to offer basic customizations that don’t require altering the original sewing pattern. We can adjust the sleeve length, overall garment length, raise or lower the neckline, modify the waist seam on certain designs, add or shorten sleeves, or even include an extra skirt tier if desired.

Basic changes do not have any fees. The changes we offer are listed in the description of each garment, under Sizing & Fit.

If your made-to-order piece doesn’t fit properly, we’ll remake it once at no extra cost.

This doesn’t apply if incorrect measurements or sizes were submitted during the order. Sale items are excluded.

We need about 1-2 weeks to complete an order. Your order will be dispatched once the clothes are made and packed. A shipping notification with a tracking number is sent to the email that you provided when registering on our website.

Usually, free postal shipping takes about 10 - 15 business days. Express shipping takes 5 - 7 business days. Both options are available to choose at the checkout. If you want to change your shipping method, be sure to inform us about it.
Yes, we can update the address prior to shipping the order. The shipping address cannot be changed when the package is in transit. Let us know about the need to change the address.
Yes, you surely can. A tracking number is given to each package we dispatch so the travel of the package can be monitored. The tracking number is sent to your email when the order is fulfilled and dispatched from our.

Order Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, under the following circumstances:

Wrong item received – If you didn’t receive what you ordered.

Color differences – Our fabrics are hand-dyed, so subtle variations are normal. Only major mismatches beyond expected range qualify for return.

Manufacturing defects – We’ll gladly remake or repair any true flaws. Natural marks from handcrafting are part of the garment’s unique charm.

Damage during transit – If the packaging looked tampered with, please photograph it before opening, or refuse delivery.

If the packaging was intact but the item is damaged, send us clear photos for review.

Always inspect your order upon delivery and compare it with your invoice.

14-Day Window – Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Original Condition – Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

Inspection Required – We carefully inspect all returns. If the item doesn’t meet return criteria, it will be sent back at your expense.

No “Change of Mind” Returns – We do not accept returns based solely on personal preference.

Custom & Tailored Items – Eligible for remake or store credit only.

Sale Items – Final sale. Not eligible for return or exchange.

Sale items are final. They are not returnable or refundable. A sale item is any garment listed in the Sale category or purchased using a coupon code.
Yes, we do offer refunds for items in the standard cut and original condition. The express shipping fee is not refundable. Also we do not accept the returns of the customized and sale garments, including those bought using a coupon code and from the Sale category.
No, all returns are subject to a return shipping fee. We’re unable to offer exceptions at this time.
