Yes. Changes can be made within 24 hours after submitting the order.

We’d love to help speed things up whenever possible. Rush requests depend on a few factors, such as production capacity and fabric availability, and may include an additional fee.

What sizing system do you use?
We follow the European sizing system. However, since each garment is thoughtfully designed with a unique fit — some styles may be oversized, while others are more true to size — we highly recommend checking the actual measurements provided for each piece.
For your convenience, you can also customize your design and try on sizes virtually using our AI-powered fitting system.

Will I have to pay any customs taxes?
Customs or import taxes may apply if you're ordering from outside the EU. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office, and unfortunately, we are unable to control or predict them.

Order Returns
What is the return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, under the following circumstances:
Wrong item received – If you didn’t receive what you ordered.
Color differences – Our fabrics are hand-dyed, so subtle variations are normal. Only major mismatches beyond expected range qualify for return.
Manufacturing defects – We’ll gladly remake or repair any true flaws. Natural marks from handcrafting are part of the garment’s unique charm.
Damage during transit – If the packaging looked tampered with, please photograph it before opening, or refuse delivery.
If the packaging was intact but the item is damaged, send us clear photos for review.
Always inspect your order upon delivery and compare it with your invoice.
What are the return conditions?
14-Day Window – Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Original Condition – Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
Inspection Required – We carefully inspect all returns. If the item doesn’t meet return criteria, it will be sent back at your expense.
No “Change of Mind” Returns – We do not accept returns based solely on personal preference.
Custom & Tailored Items – Eligible for remake or store credit only.
Sale Items – Final sale. Not eligible for return or exchange.
